
I know you are great at what you do... most contractors are...
When you started your contracting business, you took the time to learn what it was going to take to deliver a KILLER product to your clients.
And I bet you do that... maybe even better than everyone else in your neck of the woods.
A few months back, I had a contractor reach out to me.
He was already known as one of the best in his area but he had one or two things that were just "not quite right.."
He didn't need another "coach or consultant" to tinker with things...
He just wanted us to help him hire some really great reps.
And what I loved about him was his honesty...
I can remember him saying "I am just not a recruiter and doing recruiting just isn't for me..."
I mean, just like you, he loves contracting and THAT is what he does REALLY well.
After a few conversations and a quick agreement, we agreed on a plan and we went to work.
To this day, each month, we provide him sales reps while he focuses on the growth of his company.

He has constant access to the best of the best sales reps in his markets at ALL TIMES.
No more guessing where to go or how to recruit the best sales reps in his market.
Now, I am not saying that is for everyone...
Some contractors prefer we continue to do the work for them and we are okay with that, too.
I love when people keep hiring me over and over. 👍
But for others, the simple "transfer of skill" is all they need to take them to that next level.
